Returns / Exchanges

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase online, we will accept the return of any new and unused item in its original condition for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (less the original cost of shipping) within 30 days from the original shipping date.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our customer service prior to return.
No items that have been opened or used may be returned.
Items marked Clearance are note eligible for return.

If we receive your return within 30 days, you can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or store credit. In order for you to receive your refund back to your original payment method, we must receive your items within 30 days of your order date. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

For items damaged in transit, please keep the entirety of original items as well as all packaging and packing materials. We will contact and send the carrier to pick up the package for further inspection. There is no need to ship the damaged item back to us.
We will replace the item or refund the full amount of the purchase price including the cost of shipping.

For incorrect items, please follow the procedures for making a return.
We will replace the incorrect item or refund the full amount of the purchase price including the cost of shipping.

Follow the Steps to Proceed Returns

1. Please call customer service at 201-806-1827 or email with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Write the RMA number on the form included in your package along with the item name, SKU#, quantity, reason code and indicate how you would like to receive a full refund.

3. Please mail the form with your return item (keep a copy for your records) and clearly label the exterior carton with your RMA number.

* You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us except in cases where you received damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Once received, allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund. The time it will take for your refund to post to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card will vary.
If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
