This Ever Hot electric sushi rice warmer by Nekken is the ideal vessel for storing cooked rice. With an aluminum pan and inner wooden pan, it maintains the rice at 98.6°F/37°C (same as the average skin temperature, which is considered the optimum temperature for sushi rice).
The rice cloth keeps the rice moist and prevents the rice from changing its flavor.
