Adjustable Stainless Steel Drop Lid Otoshibuta
Called an otoshibuta, this ingenious lid is designed to rest directly on top of foods cooking in liquid. This action forces liquid to circulate so foods are coated evenly without stirring; concentrates heat for faster cooking; and holds ingredients in place so they don't break apart. This stainless steel lid can be adjusted to fit pots of different sizes (5 3/4"-9" dia). There is a bent flap that is designed to have a spot for your thumb to slide the lid for resizing. Of course this lid is made of stainless steal, it is durable, hygienic and reusable.

How to use
