Takae's Pick: Wood Block for Smoking
This is a popular product for both restaurant and home use. We originally only had the sakura cherry wood but since there was so much demand we also started carrying four other types.One of our purchasing agents' husband is a chef and he sometimes goes fishing for trout. He uses the sakura cherry wood or buna beech to smoke them and they turn out great. Gives a nice subtle smokey aroma and flavor. Chefs use different types depending on what they want to smoke.
