The Hasegawa Pro-PE Soft Polyethylene Wood Core Cutting Board (FSB, Brown) is tuned to be softer than many hard plastic boards, closer in feel to traditional Japanese wooden boards, yet firmer than our Pro-Soft Rubber series. This balance is gentle on knife edges while remaining sturdy for daily prep of vegetables, meat, and fish. Not intended for heavy chopping or cutting frozen items.
